Natalie is now a rolling machine! You can't lay her on her back without her flipping over in a few minutes. She is also sleeping in her crib through the NIGHT. What a relief. I thought she was never going to sleep! She had ended up sleeping with me, which was not really what I wanted. So we had to bite the bullet and let her cry in her crib one night until she fell asleep. It was very difficult but so worth it. We checked in on her often and let her know we were there for her and she was ok. After the first night she has barley cried when we put her to bed and slept from 8-8. Its amazing.
Natalie and I are heading to Helena, MT this weekend to see my nephew get baptized. I am so excited to see my family! It was a last minute deal that came through. We leave in 9 days for Palm Desert to see Mimi and the rest of the McClungs. We can't wait!!! I need some warm tanning weather!
As many of you probably saw the Facebook video, she started eating rice cereal last week. She loves it and was obviously more than ready for it. You can't feed her fast enough.
I can't believe she is 5 months old. Time is going by way to fast but I am happy to say we are really enjoying it. In all honesty its much easier to enjoy it when we both get sleep we need at night. I have much more energy and she is much happier.
Tennis season is close to ending and while its been a wonderful time, I am ready to see my hubby again. This is always a very busy time of year. The great thing is after season he usually can be home by 3, which will be great for some much needed family time.
All and all, things are going great. I am so blessed to be able to stay home with her and watch her grow up. I know I can't ever get this time back again.
